Skilled Carpenter

Full-time | $25-38/hr | Lakeland, MN

We are looking for qualified, skilled carpenters to work on our residential remodeling and custom home building projects. If you love building beautiful homes, working with a solid team, and ending the day feeling proud of your work — let’s talk!

Our ideal candidate is a motivated carpenter with a hard-working attitude, who has experience with all aspects of residential construction, who can take direction, and wants to get the job done right!

What You’ll Do
Work on a variety of residential remodeling and custom home building projects—no two days are ever the same.
Use your carpentry skills in framing, finish work, cabinet installation, decks, windows, doors, and more.
Take on a mix of hands-on work and opportunities to learn new skills alongside a supportive team.
Play a role in projects that homeowners will appreciate for decades.

What We’re Looking For
Proven carpentry experience (3+ years preferred in residential construction).
Solid knowledge of tools, drawings, and building techniques.
Attention to detail, safety, and quality—you take pride in doing things right.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
