Project Manager
Full-time | Lakeland, MN

We are looking for a project manager to execute our residential remodeling and custom home building projects. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated with a hard-working attitude, who has experience in residential construction and looks to continuously improve. This candidate must be a team player who is personable, organized, and driven to succeed.

Responsibilities
-Plan, execute, and control a project to a timely completion
-Coordinate efforts of all parties involved in the project, including but not limited to designers, homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and accounting team
-Monitor project schedule and communicate any adjustments
-Work with homeowner from start to finish to ensure a clear understanding of the project vision and scope
-Resolve routine project challenges (deadlines, material, labor, etc.) 

Qualifications & Skills
-Prefer 2+ years project management experience; lead carpentry experience a bonus
-Knowledge in all aspects of residential construction and carpentry, including but not limited to practices, procedures, techniques, building codes, tools, equipment, materials, and specifications
-Ability to read technical documents and drawings
-Effective and creative time management and problem-solving skills
-Ability to organzie and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
-Able to work with minimal supervision, possess self-discipline and effectively prioritize
-Exhibits initiative and takes accountability for outcome of decisions
-Able to communicate effectively and professionally
-Proficient with computer and computer software

Carpenter
Full-time | $18-30/hr | Lakeland, MN

We are looking for a qualified, skilled carpenter to work on our residential remodeling and custom home building projects. Our ideal candidate is a motivated carpenter with a hard-working attitude, who has experience with all aspects of residential construction, who can take direction, and wants to get the job done right!

Qualifications & Skills
-Proven experience as carpenter, ideally with 3 years experience in construction industry
-Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of residential construction
-Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
-Ability to read technical documents and drawings
-Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
-Able to communicate effectively
-Good understanding of basic math
-Good physical condition and endurance
-Knowledge on each of the below scopes, including but not limited to: framing, finish work, cabinet installation, deck building, window and door installation, etc.
-Willing to be flexible and complete various tasks on a daily basis
-Have reliable transportation to and from shop/job site, with the possibility of access to a company owned vehicle
